Since our launch in September 2021, we’ve focused primarily on our school music programme and are proud to be subsidising weekly music lessons for over 4,000 children in primary schools in Tees Valley, North Yorkshire, and York.

We support some of the most innovative schools in our region, help to create jobs for some of the most talented musicians, and create fantastic opportunities for children to perform in prestigious venues.

This Autumn, we’ll publish our second Impact Report and announce an ambitious three-year plan which will enable us to expand to new areas and increase the number of children we’re working with to over 10,000.

We’ve set ourselves ambitious (6-figure) fundraising targets so that, at the end of the next three years, we have the reserves necessary to expand even further and start to have a national impact.

We’re looking for an experienced person to help support our growth plans and engage with our key audiences.

You’ll need to have at least 3 years’ proven success and experience in fundraising and relish the opportunity to join an exciting young charity. We’ll be looking for someone with the confidence and ability to hit the ground running, to develop and rollout our fundraising strategy, and write compelling cases for support to various potential and current donors.

Alongside the fundraising aspect of the role, we’re looking for someone who can help us to engage with our key audiences and support with communicating our impact and plans through events and online.
